My career path as a professional Airline Pilot caused another passion and path to illuminate, which is creating optimal health.

As a pilot, one must be ever vigilant to changing circumstances such as meteorological conditions, aircraft malfunctions, regulatory changes and notices, and physiological problems associated with altitude, stress, diet, multiple time zones, and sleep.

As an aviator for over 35 years, I have found my own health challenged on a regular basis. Investigating and solving the optimal health and human performance equation was no accident.

One early discovery was Dr. Kenneth Cooper, U.S. Air Force Surgeon, 1968, known as the father of aerobics, who helped NASA create an anti-deconditioning program to combat the effects of weightlessness in space.

My secondary mission to maintain optimal health was cemented, and for over 30 years, I studied the mechanisms of health, challenged a variety of conventions, and secured innovative programs, natural products to enhance health, and programs that have withstood the test of time.
